I work for Oklahoma MedConnect and transported one of your patients home upon their discharge. The patient was very nervous, almost in tears in fear of being dropped when we moved them to the stretcher and of their family not being able to take care of them appropriately. Kate stopped what she was doing to comfort the patient and then prayed with the patient for their safety and comfort. I have been to most facilities in the area and have never seen a nurse care this much for her patient. I believe she should be commended for doing such a fantastic job in a demanding job.
