Continuing in the catholic tradition
of care for the whole person

Serving all with compassion & dignity

Founded by the Archdiocese of Oklahoma City

The Archdiocese of Oklahoma City opened the original St. Ann's in 1949 at the corner of Portland Avenue and NW 19th Street. St. Ann's moved to its current location in 1992, a new and spacious home which offered residents and visitors alike a beautiful chapel for Daily Mass at its heart.

Continuing in the Catholic Tradition

Today, we are blessed to offer our residents, families, employees and visitors state-of-the-art senior healthcare services along with the rich traditions and faithful practice of the Roman Catholic Church. We are a welcoming community open to people of all faiths, backgrounds and circumstances. It is our faith that informs our mission of serving the whole person with compassion and dignity.

Skilled nursing & Therapy

This is Post-Acute Care Made for You. We keep the focus on you and your desire to return home. When your doctor prescribes a skilled stay following acute care, St. Ann's designs a physical rehabilitation program that fits your specific needs. You'll work with our trained and certified therapy team including physical therapists, occupational therapists and speech language pathologists.

We are a Medicare-certified facility committed to providing you with compassionate and dignified care. We strive each day to help our patients restore function, improve mobility, manage pain and prevent or limit physical disabilities from injuries or disease.

Long-term care

This is Long-Term Care Made For Residents To Thrive. Our experienced staff supports our long-term care residents with nursing services and assistance with the activities of daily living while offering them the autonomy to enjoy the best possible quality of life. We provide our cherished elders with opportunities to socialize and stay active each day.

we supports our community by giving back!

Our employees at St. Ann’s Skilled Nursing and Therapy in Oklahoma City are making a meaningful impact by distributing free lunches to the homeless community. Once a month, staff members prepare and hand out around 350 lunch bags—each filled with sandwiches, chips, and bottled water—just north of the Embark bus station downtown. This initiative is part of a collaboration with the Oklahoma Citizen Advocates for Recovery and Transformation Association (OCARTA), a nonprofit that provides free recovery and mental health services.

Meet our compassionate, caring staff!
